At HBJ Fabricating, we provide precision pipe fabrication and welding for oil & gas, utilities, water treatment plants, and industrial systems. We manufacture pipe spools, manifolds, and custom fittings to exact client specifications.
 

Custom Fabricated Pipe Systems

Our pipe fabrication process includes cutting, beveling, fitting, and welding steel and stainless pipe to meet industry code. We build components used in:

Welding Process & Certification

All pipe welding is performed by AWS/ASME certified welders with expertise in:H3:
  • SMAW (Stick Welding)
  • GTAW (TIG Welding)
  • GMAW (MIG Welding)
  • Socket Weld & Butt Weld

Materials and Sizes We fabricate:

  • Carbon Steel (ASTM A106, A53)
  • Stainless Steel (304, 316)
  • Pipe diameters ranging from 1″ to 36″

Shop Fabrication + Field Fit-Up

We offer in-shop pipe fabrication with delivery and field fit-up available. Our QC team ensures every spool is tested for pressure and compliance before delivery.
